IOT Building Management

Onsite supports integration with LoRaWAN gateways and sensors to help you monitor your building. Our sensor package is designed to be low cost and easy to install.

Sensor Options

The LoRaWAN protocol is a low power, long range wireless protocol that is ideal for monitoring your building. Onsite currently supports the following sensors:

  • Temperature - Detect hot water system failures
  • Dry Contact - Detect if a system has entered an alarm state
  • Water Leak - Detect water leaks
  • Distance - Detect if a bin is full

Alarm Notifications

Onsite can be configured to send SMS notifications when a sensor alarm is triggered.

4G Network

In most cases, we recommend using a 4G connection to connect your LoRaWAN gateway to the Onsite network. This avoids the need to setup and maintain a WiFi network in your building.

Battery Powered

Most sensors are battery powered and have a battery life between 3 and 10 years depending on usage. This ensures sensor installation is quick and easy.
