Mobile App
Onsite has two mobile apps.
Resident App & Portal
- Designed for building residents
- Allows residents to submit maintenance requests, book amenities, and view documents
Management App
- Designed for building management, committee members, and building staff
- Allows management to manage the building and residents
Resident App & Portal
Building residents can use the resident app or portal to submit maintenance requests, book amenities, and view documents.
Maintenance Request
Onsite will attempt to match the request to the resident based on the details provided. The reporter will receive an email confirmation, and the building manager will receive a notification email.
Amenity Booking
Building residents can book amenities such as the gym, pool, and BBQ areas through the resident portal. Residents must use a registered email address to book amenities.
Visitor Parking
Residents and their guests can request visitor parking through the resident portal. Anyone can book visitor parking.
Document Uploads
Management users can upload documents to the resident portal. These documents can be viewed by anyone with access to the resident portal.
Sharing the Resident Portal
QR Code
We recommend printing a QR code and placing it in a common area of the building. Residents can scan the QR code with their mobile device to access the resident portal.
Generating a QR Code
Portal links follow the format https://app.onsite.fm/portal?site=ABC123
where ABC123
is your site’s unique identifier.
The unique portal link can be found in Community
/ Portal
. Click the Share
button to view your QR code and link.
Email Broadcast
We recommend sharing the resident portal link with your residents via an email broadcast.
Management App
The Onsite management app is a progressive web application (PWA), meaning is can be installed to the the home screen of just about any device.
The management app cannot be installed from the app store / play store. You can only install it from the web.
Follow the instructions below for common platforms.
IOS
- Open Onsite in Safari.
- Click share in the toolbar.
- Select
Add to Home Screen
. - Click Add.
Android
- Open Onsite in Chrome.
- On the top right of the address bar, click the three dots (more).
- Select
Add to Home Screen
. - Click Install.
- Follow the on screen instructions.
