Resident App & Portal

Building residents can use the resident app or portal to submit maintenance requests, book amenities, and view documents.

Onsite will attempt to match the request to the resident based on the details provided. The reporter will receive an email confirmation, and the building manager will receive a notification email.

Amenity Booking

Building residents can book amenities such as the gym, pool, and BBQ areas through the resident portal. Residents must use a registered email address to book amenities.

Visitor Parking

Residents and their guests can request visitor parking through the resident portal. Anyone can book visitor parking.

Document Uploads

Management users can upload documents to the resident portal. These documents can be viewed by anyone with access to the resident portal.

Sharing the Resident Portal

QR Code

We recommend printing a QR code and placing it in a common area of the building. Residents can scan the QR code with their mobile device to access the resident portal.

Generating a QR Code

Portal links follow the format https://app.onsite.fm/portal?site=ABC123 where ABC123 is your site’s unique identifier.

The unique portal link can be found in Community / Portal. Click the Share button to view your QR code and link.

Email Broadcast

We recommend sharing the resident portal link with your residents via an email broadcast.
