Onsite is building management software that helps your building manager communicate with residents, track repairs and maintenance, and manage your building’s operations.

As a committee member, you can access a dashboard that allows you to view some of the information in the system.

How to access Onsite

1. You will receive an email invitation to join your building’s Onsite platform
2. Click the Accept Invitation link in the email
3. Create your account by:
   • Setting up a password
   • Verifying your email address
4. Accept the invitation to join your building in the Onsite platform

What you can do in Onsite

Using the sidebar, you can navigate to cases pages, which is where you can view case details.
