Inspections

Inspections allow you to easily capture and report on building walkthroughs, after hours security checks, and more.

Creating an Inspection Template

Inspection templates guide the inspection process, and must be setup before inspections can be created.

To create an inspection template, navigate to the Building section in the sidebar and select Inspections. Click Manage templates and then Add.

Inspection Areas & Items

Inspection templates are structured with inspection areas and items.

An area is a group of inspection items, and may represent a floor, or block within a building.

The template builder allow you to clone areas, should you wish to repeat the same inspection items in multiple areas.

Inspection Reports

After completing an inspection, you can print a report of the inspection. Simply open the inspection on desktop, and click the Print button.

Inspections on Mobile

The Onsite mobile app allows you to complete inspections on the go.

Convert Failed Items to Cases

After completing an inspection, the app will display completed inspection, proving the opportunity to create cases from any failed items.
