Reporting

Onsite provides a range of reporting options.

Automated Weekly Reporting

Onsite can automatically distribute weekly reports to designated email recipients.

Emails include details of all new cases and broadcasts from the previous week, and are sent every Saturday morning.

Setup Automated Weekly Reporting

  • Go to Admin / Reports and select Automated Weekly Report.
  • Add a recipient email address, and click Save.

Management Reports

Onsite can generate management reports, which detail cases and maintenance activities. Management reports are generated as a .docx file, enabling further editing in Microsoft Word.

  • Onsite automatically optimises image sizes to reduce report file size.
  • Management reports group cases by case type.

Generating a Management Report

  • Go to Admin / Reports and select Management Report.
  • Choose the Reporting Period, and apply any filters.
  • Click Generate.

Case Reports

Case reports enable users to easily share details pertaining to a specific case.

When generating a case report, users have the option of either sending directly to committee members as a PDF attachment, or downloading a .docx export.

Any quotes, work orders, or invoice files are included in the report with a temporary access link that expires after 60 days. This enables any committee members to view the files, without requiring them to login to Onsite.

Generating a Case Report

  • Go to Cases and select a case.
  • Click the Report button below the case title.
  • Choose to either send the download, or send to committee members.

Custom Reports

Onsite supports custom reporting for enterprise customers.
