Requests

Onsite currently supports the following request types:

  • Maintenance Request
  • New Resident

If you would like to request a custom request type, please contact our support team.

Each request type must be enabled in portal settings.

Maintenance Requests

A maintenance request is used by residents to request a common area maintenance. After reviewing a maintenance request, you can convert it to a case for further tracking.

New Resident Request

A new resident request is used by residents to submit their details after moving into the building. After reviewing a new resident request, you can create a new resident record by clicking Create Resident button.
