We’re excited to announce our biggest update yet, packed with new features and improvements. Welcome to our new partners, and thank you to our existing customers for your continued support.

Introducing the Contractor Portal

When issuing work orders and quote requests to contractors, you can now send them a link to a dedicated contractor portal. This portal allows contractors to view job details, schedule their work, and quotes or invoices.

Automatically Issue Recurring Work Orders

You can now automatically issue recurring work orders to contractors. This is a great way to ensure that contractors are always on top of their work, and that you’re not missing any important tasks. Just like maintenance notifications, you can choose to issue these from one week, to 6 weeks in advance.

Advanced Maintenance Scheduling Options

We’ve added new advanced maintenance scheduling options, allowing you to schedule maintenance tasks for specific days of the month (ie. every 2nd Tuesday), or weekly on specific days of the week (ie. every Monday and Wednesday).

New Filtering Options

We’ve added a suite of new filtering options, allowing you to filter cases, and other records by a variety of criteria. We’ve extended this to the management reporting system, bringing you more control over the cases you’re reporting on.

Additional Export Options

This month we’ve added new a handful additional export options, including inspections, and pets. We’re proud to offer market leading export functionality that puts you in control of your building’s information.

Inventory Feature

We’ve added a brand new inventory feature, allowing you to track and manage your building’s inventory. This feature is designed to track consumable items, and other assets that are used in your building - think Smoke Alarms, Air Filters, lightbulbs, and other items that are used across your building.

New Organisation Tools

We’ve added a brand new organisation contractor directory, allowing you to setup preferred contractors to use across your buildings. Stay tuned for more updates on this feature in the coming months.

Improved Management Reporting

We’ve unified our reporting engine, so you can now generate the same beautifully formatted report in both PDF and Word formats. This new simplified system makes it much easier for us to roll out improvements and enhancements moving forward. For customers, this means not only a streamlined experience but also access to more advanced filtering options when creating reports.
