Billing Policies
Money Back Guarantee
We are confident that you'll love Onsite, but if for whatever reason we cannot satisfy your requirements, we will refund your money, up to 60 days after commencement of service.
Fixed Fee for 2 Years
We guarantee a fixed fee for first 2 years. Any increase will not exceed 5% / year. As we continue to improve Onsite, prices will go up for new customers. Get in early and save!
No Lock In Contracts
We don't need to lock you into a multi-year commitment. You'll stay because we do a good job!
