Contractor Inductions, Email Domains, and More

We’ve shipped some exciting updates over the past month! Highlights include contractor inductions, support for custom email domains, and more.

Contractor Sign In & Inductions

You can now require all contractors and visitors to complete a site-specific induction as part of the sign-in process—once per year. This ensures everyone acknowledges and complies with your safety requirements before entering the building. Induction status and sign-in records are linked across the application, including in cases and reports, making it easier than ever to stay on top of contractor activities and compliance.

Email Domains

You can now send emails from your own domain and control advanced sender settings. This helps ensure your communications look and feel more professional. For now, custom domains are set up through our support team—reach out to us to get started.

Other Changes

• Improved site invitation acceptance workflow.
• Work Orders are now included in automatic weekly reporting.
• Include induction information in sign in notification email.
• Pet tracking feature is now available to all customers.
• Added configuration option to visitor parking, including max booking rules, blacklisted vehicles, etc.
