New Bulk Import Feature & Case Tags & More

2 March 2026

We’re excited to share another month of updates, packed with new improvements to make managing your building even easier. This release introduces powerful new bulk import tools for seamless onboarding, richer tagging and reporting capabilities, enhanced amenity management including photo uploads, and several general improvements across the platform.

Bulk Import Tools

Our new bulk import tools let you quickly bring in users, units, and other data straight from a CSV or Excel file. Easily map your columns to the right fields, preview your data before import, and enjoy built-in validation that helps catch issues early - ensuring clean, accurate imports every time.

Case Tags

Users who belong to an organisation can now add tags to their cases. This is especially useful for teams managing portfolios of sites, as tags help categorise cases and make them easier to find. With tags, you can:

  • Filter by tags from the organisation level view of cases
  • Easily add tags to cases from the case detail page
  • Customise tag colour in organisation settings 😊

Tags

Case tags managed at the organisation level, ensuring consistency and standardisation of tags across all sites within your organisation. Case tags are not visible to users who are not part of an organisation.

Amenity Photos

You can now upload photos of your amenities for residents to view in the resident app. Just add photos from the amenity page, and they’ll appear in the app — making it easier for residents to discover and browse the amenities your building offers.

User Roles

When adding users to your site, you will now see a detailed table outlining the permissions granted to each user role. This new table provides clear visibility into what each type of user can see and do, helping you assign the right roles with confidence. Whether you’re adding residents, committee members, or building managers, you can review their respective permissions at a glance and make informed decisions during the user setup process.
