Parking Tickets, Improved Navigation, and Calendar Drag & Drop

We’re excited share our latest product updates from November. As always, everything is live in Onsite today.

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking can be a challenge for buildings, so we’ve introduced parking tickets to make it easier.

Residents and their guests can now confirm their reservations, with QR codes providing an additional layer of quick and secure verification. Tickets can be printed at home, or via an Onsite kiosk.

Improved Navigation, Dedicated Pages

To accommodate our growth, we’ve updated our sidebar to add categories. This gave us room to add dedicated pages for power users. These new pages include list views for Vehicles, Quotes, Work Orders & Invoices (Previously viewed in the case only).

Calendar Drag & Drop

Our calendar now supports drag and drop, which make it easier than ever to add, and update events. In portfolio view, events are now grouped at a site level, enabling you to plan across multiple sites.

iPad Map Support

Our Portfolio map view is now supported on iPad & It’s great! Easily view live activity & contractor attendance across your portfolio.

Other Updates

• Added ability to send case report directly to committee.
• Added ability to include attachments when sending work orders.
• Added resident self registration through portal.
• Added requests inbox.
