Users

Adding Users

User management in Onsite is simple and easy to use.

  • Go to Site Settings and click on the Users tab.
  • Click the Add User button and fill in the form.

The user will be sent an email invite to create their account.

If the user already has an account, they will be added to the site as a member.

User Roles

Onsite has three user roles:

  • Admin - Full access to all features
  • Manager - Access to all features except for the ability to manage users
  • Staff - Access to most features but not all
