Is Onsite a BMS or HVAC automation platform?
No. Onsite manages the operational work around buildings, residents, maintenance, contractors and records. It does not control HVAC, lighting or other building automation systems.
Is it rental-property management software?
No. Onsite is designed for shared building operations. It is not a rent collection, leasing or trust-accounting system.
Can we move from another building management platform?
Yes. Onsite supports data migration and will scope the available migration path based on your current system and records.
