What’s New?
Seamless Searching Instantly search through shift logs to find specific notes or activity from any time period, helping you quickly get the information you need.
Tag Residents and Units Add tags for residents and units directly to your shift notes. These tags are fully clickable - just tap a tag to navigate to the relevant resident or unit profile.
Future-Dated Notes Capture shift notes against future dates, so teams can plan ahead or document expectations for upcoming shifts.
Independent from Cases The shift log is entirely separate from the main case management workflows, keeping shift records organised and uncluttered.
Induction Attachments
You can now upload attachments to inductions. This is a great way extend the induction process, and ensure that contractors have access to the required documentation.
Organisation Sender Identities
To simplify the process of managing email sender identities across portfolios of buildings, we’ve introduced organisation scoped sender identities. This allows you to share the same sender identity across all your buildings.
Work Order Default CC
You can now set a default CC for work orders and quotes. This is a great way to ensure the emailed are CC’d to the correct people.
