Two new filters are now available on the global workorders and quote requests lists:
- Case assignee - filter to see only the workorders or quotes assigned to a specific team member.
- Created date - filter by the last 14, 30, 60, or 90 days.
These make it quicker to cut down large lists when you’re chasing up a team member’s open work or reviewing what’s come in recently.
