
Amenity bookings can now include booking notes, and when approving and declining bookings, you can also include a message to the resident. Receiving a booking decline without a reason can be quite harsh, so we’re excited for this improvement to go live.
The booking notes can also be used to collect additional information. For example, you could require residents to add their key fob number in if you need to authorise access temporarily. In this example, you’d use the booking terms to provide this instruction to residents.
