We’ve automated the link between work orders, cases, and scheduled maintenance. When you mark the last open work order as Completed, Onsite now closes the case for you and ticks off the linked maintenance instance on the calendar - no separate “complete maintenance” step needed. Closing a case will also completes the maintenance instance.
