Cases
You can now filter cases by status, type, or assignee. Filters persist per site on your local device, so your preferred view is ready next time you open that site.
Packages
You can now scan packages in and out from the Manager app. Capture photos of the label and the package itself, and on iOS use OCR to read the label for you - faster intake with less manual typing.
Documents
Documents get a cleaner UI, and you can open them directly in the app instead of being sent out to a webpage. Policies, manuals, and other files stay where you’re already working.
Metre Readings
Log metre readings from the Manager app without hopping over to the desktop.
Comments & Mentions
Tag users in comments to pull the right people into a conversation.
Assets
Search for assets by location when adding to cases.
Work Orders
Sending a work order is smoother with UI improvements.
Broadcasts
