This update brings improvements to inspections, building communications, resident registration and the Manager app, along with better exports and fixes across Onsite.
Inspection Improvements
You can now download inspection reports directly as PDFs.
We’ve also improved inspection editing on desktop, making it easier to update notes, manage attachments and remove items or areas.
In the Manager app, inspection uploads now resume from the last successfully uploaded file after a failure, so retrying a submission doesn’t mean uploading everything again.
Building Email Defaults and Signatures
Set a default email sender for your building and manage its signature in building settings.
The default sender is selected when preparing broadcasts, work orders, quote requests and shared case reports, helping your team keep building communications consistent.
Shared Amenities Across Buildings
You can now share amenities with residents at other buildings you manage. This is useful for facilities such as pools, gyms or meeting rooms that serve several buildings.
Residents can book shared amenities through their building’s portal, and booking notifications include their building details to help you identify who’s booked.
Broadcast Templates
A dedicated template management page makes it easier to maintain your reusable broadcasts. Update saved templates as details change and keep recurring communications ready for your team.
Resident Registration Auto-Approval
You can now enable automatic approval of resident registrations in your building’s portal settings, reducing the manual steps needed to get residents connected.
Manual approval remains available for buildings that prefer to review each registration.
Manager App Asset Improvements
Finding assets is easier with improved search and category filters. You can also create assets, categories and locations from the app as you work.
To access the latest features, update the Building Manager app from the App Store or Google Play.
Link Assets to Units
Assets can now be linked to a specific unit, making it clearer which apartment or lot an asset belongs to.
Improved Exports
You can now export meters and their readings to Excel, with separate sheets for meter details and reading history.
Case exports also include the assignee and updated date, clearer status and priority labels, and properly formatted dates for easier sorting and filtering in Excel.
More Natural Unit Sorting
Unit labels with a mix of letters and numbers now appear in a more natural order. A2 comes before A10, making units easier to scan and find throughout Onsite.
