Case Templates

Case templates allow you to set up reusable templates for the case description. This is useful if you have a standardised reporting format and want to make it easy for users to capture the right level of detail.

Creating a case template

  1. Create a new case, or open an existing case.
  2. Modify the description to match your desired template.
  3. Click Templates and then Add Template .
  4. Enter a name for the template and save.

Removing a case template

  1. Select the case description field.
  2. Click the Templates button.
  3. Click the rubbish bin icon to delete the template.
