When editing a broadcast, you have several options for the sender identity.

Current User

From: John Smith noreply@mail.onsite.fm Reply To: John Smith john@smith.com

Building

From: Lux Apartments noreply@mail.onsite.fm Reply To: John Smith building-manger-email@example.com

Building (No Reply)

From: Lux Apartments noreply@mail.onsite.fm

Organisation (Organisation users only)

From: Premium Management noreply@mail.onsite.fm Reply To: John Smith organisation-email@email.com

Let us know if you need to update your sender identity. A change of building management email may require a manual update.

Custom Domain

Onsite supports custom domains.

Custom domain setup requires a DKIM DNS record to be added to your domain. Please contact our support team to assist with this.
