Adding Resident Portal Image

The Resident Portal image is the first thing your residents see when they log in. Using a high quality photo of the property helps create a familiar and professional digital environment for your community.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Community / Portal
2. Locate and select the Theme Tab
3. Under Building Image Click Upload Image

• Select the building photo from your computer.
• Note: If an image is already present, you can select the change image adding a new one will automatically replace it.

Check Your Work

After uploading, we recommend logging in as a “Test Resident” or using the “Preview” mode to ensure the image isn’t cropped in an awkward way.
