Topping Up SMS Credit

SMS credits power the text message notifications Onsite sends on your behalf. When your balance runs low, you can top up instantly from within the platform. Credits are applied straight away so there’s no interruption to your messaging.

Before you begin

• You’ll need access to Site Settings for the site you want to top up.
• Credits are purchased per site and added to that site’s balance.

How to Top Up SMS Credits

1. Log in to your Onsite account.
2. Go to the site you want to top up.
3. Navigate to Settings / Billing .
4. Under the Add Ons section, find SMS Credits and click Top Up .
5. Choose the amount of credits you’d like to add (2,000, 3,000, or 5,000).
6. Tick the box to accept the invoiced amount, then click Confirm Purchase .

Your credits are applied immediately and are available for use straight away. We’ll then follow up with an invoice for the credits purchased (plus any applicable taxes).
